A luxuriously appointed, four bedroom villa with a large, heated swimming pool situated in a quiet, rural community yet only 15 minutes' drive from the beach. Car hire is considered essential at this location.
The ground floor has an open-plan lounge and dining area. The spacious lounge is furnished with three-seater and two-seater settees. It is equipped with a flat-screen, satellite TV, a DVD player and a mini-system with CD player, tape player and tuner. The dining area has a table and six chairs.
The large kitchen is equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, full oven, microwave cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine (there is also an iron and ironing board), electric kettle, electric coffee maker, electric blender and toaster. There is a further large dining table here with six chairs.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds. Both bedrooms have a dressing area with integral clothes storage space as well as an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, a toilet and twin hand washbasins. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds. One of these has a dressing area with integral clothes storage space and the other has a fitted wardrobe. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath with shower over, a toilet and twin hand washbasins. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is an extensive dining terrace along the front of the house. The swimming pool is situated at the rear of the villa.
The pool, with poolside shower, sunbathing terrace and six sunloungers, measures approximately 10 metres (32' 10") by 5 metres (16' 5"). Electric pool heating is provided without charge as are beach towels. The pool area also features a Canarian-style garden and there is a table and chairs for dining al fresco as well as a barbecue. This is the perfect place for enjoying the sun.

Amenities: Car hire is considered essential at this location. The village is approximately 11 kilometres (15 minutes' by car) from Caleta de Fuste with its sandy beach, shops and restaurants and a similar distance from the airport. The nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive (in the village of Antigua). There are two restaurants in the village, El Jardin (highly recommended) and La Finca (good food, if a limited choice, and very reasonable prices). There is also a pizza take-away (surprising for a small village like this) which is open most evenings and which, even more surprisingly, is a butcher's shop during the day!
