Making a booking is easy, just follow these four simple steps:

1. Check Availability
At the top and bottom of each property description page you will see "Check Availability for..." Click on this link.

2. Check that your Chosen Dates are Free
You will now be able to see if your chosen dates are free. Click on each day of the period required. For example, if you want to book from the 10th for 7 nights, you would click on the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th. Check that you have selected the correct dates and then click on "Make Booking Request".

3. Complete the Booking Form
The amount required to secure the booking is shown at the top of this page. You will either be asked to pay a deposit of 20% of the accommodation cost or, if it is 6 weeks or less until the departure date, you will be asked to pay the full amount. 

Please note that the "Other requirements" box cannot be left blank. If there are no particular requirements or messages, please type in "None". Remember to tick the box to confirm that you agree to our booking conditions.

When you click on "Send Completed Booking" we will send an e-mail acknowledging your booking. We will also send details of the methods by which you can make payment. 

4. Payment
Once you have clicked on "Send Completed Booking" we will send an e-mail to acknowledge your booking and to request payment. The e-mail will contain details of the following methods of payment:
Credit or debit card - you can pay by credit or debit card using Pay Pal. Pay Pal is a secure payment system and there is no cost to you. If you would like to pay by credit card you need do nothing at the time of booking. We will automatically send a Pay Pal payment request to you (which you are not obliged to use if you choose a different payment method).
Bank transfer - we will send our bank details to enable you to pay in this way, if you so choose.
By cheque - if you decide to pay by cheque, you must e-mail us to let us know that this is how you have chosen to pay. We will then put the accommodation on reserve for 5 working days to allow time for your cheque to arrive.

The balance is payable no later than two weeks before departure and we will e-mail a reminder in this respect.

Once the full payment is made we will e-mail you with the details of the property address, the arrangements for collecting the keys and contact telephone numbers.
