The apartment is accessed by steps, then by a door which opens onto a spacious patio area followed by a further door to the lounge. Both of these doors are lockable ensuring a high degree of security. The patio is completely enclosed and is an ideal place for sunbathing on windy days. There are two sunloungers on this terrace and a sun umbrella.
The lounge/dining area and kitchen are open-plan and have a ceiling fan. There is a two-seater and a three-seater settee, a dining table and four chairs, a DVD/CD player and a flat-screen TV (terrestrial). Logic 3 speakers are also provided (for use with iPods and Mp3 players). The kitchen area has a four-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 metre high fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The bedroom on this floor has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. There is a separate shower room with toilet, bidet and hand washbasin. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, free-standing wardrobe, a ceiling fan and an en-suite shower room with toilet and hand washbasin.
There is a further, spacious terrace off this bedroom with views across to the mountains. The terrace has a table and four chairs and two sunloungers. Each bedroom has a hairdryer.
